At Sitara, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Returns
Due to the personal nature of perfumes and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.
However, returns may be accepted under the following conditions:
The product is damaged during shipping
You received the wrong item
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
You must request a return within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our Customer Support team with clear photos and order details.
2. Refunds
Once your return request is approved:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
3. Exchange Policy
We only offer exchanges for damaged or incorrect products. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Products without original packaging
Items purchased during special sale or promotional offers (if stated as non-returnable)
